Bio:"Like the horse reflects the rider, I choose to live my life in reflection of Christ." I strongly believe I have been called to serve the Lord within the realm of horse ministry, using the horse to demonstrate godly principles and character qualities to people of all ages. The Lord has given me a love for horses and a desire to be a light to those in the “horse world.”
I have served as a volunteer Instructor/Trainer with a large variety of horse programs including therapeutic. I have been involved in a local 4H Horse Club and an equine Dressage Drill Team. CHA became a part of my life in summer of 2011.
Now as a CHA Clinician/Certifier, Master Instructor I have helped hundreds of instructors earn their EWI Certification(s) across half a dozen states. I have had the honor of being CHA's Oklahoma's State Representative and a spokesperson both at the local and international level speaking at CHA conferences all across the US. In 2012 I earned my Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor Certification "PATH International CTRI". Having a "Therapeutic Certification" I believe gives me a unique perspective on how to help riders learn both in the saddle and on the ground.
Dressage has been a passion of mine from the age of 10 years old. In the summer of 2015, I earned my USDF Bronze Medal (with scores earned on multiple horses) and I have goals to soon earn my Silver Medal. I am an active supporter of local Dressage Clubs/Societies and hope to further promote horsemanship excellence in my area.
Currently I run my own business named Miroir du Cheral Equestrian LLC (MC Equestrian for short), teaching and training both Western and English to all ages. After getting married in July 2017, the business named "Miroir du Cheral Equestrian LLC (or "MC Equestrian" for short), moved from the Tulsa area to South OKC, then after a few years my husband's job took us temporally to Texas for one year. In that short year I traveled across TX teaching/training as well as monthly trips back and forth to OK to continue teaching my OK students. After that short year my husband's job took us back to Oklahoma settling us into the Purcell area.
I am actively teaching/training both Western and English to all ages (at two or more locations) and accepting new clients for both training and lessons. I regularly go to events so I can continue my education because I believe that bettering myself means my students and peers also benefit.
I am grateful for the opportunities the Lord has provided for me to share with others as He is teaching me to trust Him.
