Bio: Karry Bengtson-Brothers is a USDF L Graduate with Distinction, USDF Bronze Medalist, USEF "r" Western Dressage judge. Her focus is on biomechanics of both horse and rider and how they affect each other, particularly in Dressage and Western Dressage. Karry owns Emerald Glen in Stephentown NY, where the focus of the riding programs are on horsemanship, sportsmanship, and kindness. She currently works with horses of all different types and riders with all different abilities and emphasizes that there is always more to learn. Karry also helps riders work through fear issues using various psychological techniques to help improve their relationship with their horse(s). Karry also is on the Board of Directors for the New England Dressage Association and is in charge of Judge Education where she helps organize the training programs for up and coming judges. She also is an excellent resource for showing strategy and helps riders get every possible out of a dressage test.
